And what have they ever given us in return? Rebel Officer: The end of the Turmoil during the Clone Wars? Reg:Oh yeah, yeah they gave us that. Yeah. That's true. Twi'lek soldier: And the sanitation! Mothma: Oh yes... sanitation, Organa, you remember what the Galaxy used to be like. Bail Organa: All right, I'll grant you that the turmoil's end of the Clone Wars and the sanitation are two things that the Empire have done... Rebel Janitor: And the roads... Bail Organa:(sharply) Well yes obviously the roads... the roads go without saying. But apart from the turmoil's end of the Clone Wars, the sanitation and the roads... Alien Rebels: Irrigation... Rebel Soldier: Medicine... Education... Health... Bail Organa: Yes... all right, fair enough... Activist Near Front: Ended the ineffectual, corrupt bureaucracy of the Republic! Ackbar: Oh yes! True! Mothma: Yeah. That's something we'd be screwed if the Empire wasn't there! Rebel Soldier: Art and Sports! Mothma: And it's safe to walk in the streets at night now. Ackbar: Yes, they certainly know how to keep order... (general nodding)... let's face it, they're the only ones who could in a place like this. (more general murmurs of agreement) Bail Organa: All right... all right... but apart from better sanitation and medicine and education and irrigation and public health and roads and a freshwater system and art and sports and end of corruption and public order... what have the Empire done for us? Sullustan: Brought peace? Bail Organa: What!? Oh... Peace, yes... shut up! (Monty Python Parody)
